I was looking for Lugol's iodine. No major retailer in the nearby area carries this anymore. I'm glad they didn't as I found A.S.K Nutrition. They also have plenty of other specialty supplements too that you can't find elsewhere. If you've ever looked for specific types of magnesium, you will know what I'm talking about. The other benefit is the owner is an expert. Unlike other retailers where the sales staff just pitch whatever is the cool thing that month, she knows the specifics of why each ingredient goes together, when they're supposed to be taken, and can fully plan the goal, which for me was thyroid health. As an example, being I was getting iodine, she proactively asked if I needed selenium (brazil nuts) and magnesium to balance it out. I knew this going in, but it reassured me that she knows what she's doing and was making sure I didn't make a mistake taking supplements. It's rare and refreshing to find someone who knows this much about health.read more

I have Neuropathy of my feet. This means that a lot of the time I ONLY feel pain in my feet. I was using this medicated cream my doctor suggested that has a couple of pain killers and gabapentin in it. But everything seemed to be getting worse.
